Family

The ability to create lasting habits starts with parents’ influence over their children. The more families within a community adopt the core FFW tenants, the more the community begins to lean in that direction, subsequently pulling more families along, leading to systemic change across communities, and one day across populations.

Forward

We’re focused on moving the family “forward” toward a healthy lifestyle, one where they are taking their health into their own hands, rather than waiting for the healthcare industry to treat the results of their poor lifestyle habits. Also, we’re looking forward to ways to achieve the best wellness outcomes, such as through technology (full blood panel screening, health tech devices/wearables) rather than just relying on lifestyle changes alone.

Wellness

The overall goal is to improve the wellness of families and the quality of life that they enjoy. This goes beyond physical wellness and includes emotional, occupational, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, and spiritual. By setting a foundation of physical wellness, we are best equipped to deal with these other aspects of life.
